Sale of the stable yard (Fowlers Albion stables) by Sarah Fowler's trustees to John Mercer for £735.

Deed of Stipulations 1st July 1851

The former stable yard land was developed as Albion Terrace, Clover Hill by John Mercer, who sold plots of land subject to the signing of this deed of stipulations. These houses were originally 1-11 Albion Terrace Clover Hill, then 23-3 Abbots Hill and now 38-18 Abbots Hill.
